Passport Series 2026 – Carmenère Syrah (Tinto Fuego)

$184.99

Tinto Fuego embodies the heat and passion of Chilean winemaking. Meaning “Red Fire,” the name reflects Chile’s sun-drenched days and cool Andean nights — a dramatic contrast that creates vibrant acidity and deep, intense flavour.

This Carmenère and Syrah blend from the Maipo Valley is rich and expressive, offering a plush texture with well-integrated tannins that provide structure without overpowering the fruit. Aromas of blackberry, black cherry, blueberry, and ripe plum lead into layers of dark chocolate, black pepper, and warming spice on the palate.

The finish is long, savoury, and satisfying, unfolding slowly with lingering notes of earth and spice. A bold yet balanced red that showcases the power and elegance of one of Chile’s most celebrated wine regions.

Maipo Valley lies at the foot of the Andes, where warm days and cool nights create ideal conditions for expressive red wines. Well-drained alluvial soils lend structure, while natural temperature shifts preserve freshness and aromatics — resulting in wines with ripe fruit character, fine tannins, and a strong sense of place.
