Redmark is a bold limited-release Cabernet Syrah from California, crafted to leave a lasting impression.

This exciting first for VineCo was pre-oaked in-house, with the juice steeped for six months using local Niagara whisky oak chips. This process adds depth and structure, enhancing tannins while rounding the palate with notes of sweet spice and brown sugar.

Cabernet brings dark blackcurrant and plum, while Syrah adds ripe wildberry and savoury spice. The wine finishes with hints of mocha, vanilla, and a gentle wisp of smoky toasted oak.

Food Pairing:
Pairs beautifully with grilled ribeye, braised short ribs, lamb chops, mushroom risotto, aged cheddar, gouda, and dark chocolate or cocoa-based dishes.
