Rich, smooth and decadent, with flavours of cream, vanilla and nutty toffee. This seasonal dessert wine has a luxurious, port-inspired character that’s perfect for sipping after dinner, adding to coffee, or enjoying on a cool evening.

It finishes at approximately 17% alcohol and takes 6 weeks to make. For those who prefer a more traditional port-style strength, brandy can also be added after fermentation to bring it closer to 20%.

A full batch makes approximately 30 × 375 mL bottles, but you don’t have to take the whole batch yourself. It’s an easy wine to split into smaller shares, and we can often help divide a batch into approximately 10-bottle portions for customers who only want part of one.

Customers are welcome to bring their own clean 375 mL or 750 mL wine bottles to keep the cost down, or dress it up with new 375 mL bottles, shrink caps and pre-made Irish Cream labels available in-store.
